Another Great Minnesota SCADaddle© Weekend

September 19, 2019

About 400 registered participants including 40 survivors and 40 members of The Ruhberg’s Heart Beats On Team, who walked in memory of Dick who did not survive SCAD, enjoyed our 2nd annual 5K fun run/walk on September 7 at Battle Creek Regional Park, St. Paul (Maplewood) MN. All participants received a SCADaddle© medal as they crossed the finish line. Afterwards, they enjoyed refreshments, kids’ activities, each other’s company and had a chance to shop the SCAD store.

SCAD Reunion Event – Mayo Clinic SCAD Research Presentation

A special event for SCAD survivors, families who lost someone to SCAD and SCAD supporters took place on Friday evening at the Holiday Inn & Suites, Lake Elmo.

A Meet & Greet with a cash bar started at 5:30pm and dinner was served at 6:00pm. We were honored that Drs. Sharonne Hayes and Marysia Tweet from Mayo Clinic SCAD Research Program joined us and shared Mayo’s latest research findings after dinner.
