Debut of “Make My Mother’s Day” Video Starring Survivors Children

March 20, 2015

You won’t want to miss our newest video “Make My Mother’s Day” on our YouTube channel. This short and touching video features children of survivors who share their feelings and concerns about SCAD.

Please SHARE this video with others through social media such as Facebook and Twitter as well as your personal e-mail list. Posting the video on social media is easy to do. It only takes a few minutes and yet, the impact can be far reaching.

The video brings home the need for research and donations. Donations can be made through our website or by texting “SCAD” to 91999. We are counting on you to help spread the video. We hope to generate significant donations because of this video.

A special thank you goes to survivors Michelle Willman who produced the video and Carol Zich who recruited the children. We like to also thank Michelle’s family and friends who shared their skills on various aspects of the video. And, of course, we appreciate our survivors and their children who did a great job and willingly talk about their feelings and relayed the impact of SCAD on families.

If you attend the 5K in person on May 2, you will have a chance to meet our stars! The “Make My Mother’s Day” video is also displaying on individual 5K fundraising pages.
